About Us

Debra Grabill, M.Ed., CAGS

Following a long career in education at the local, state and national levels, Debra Grabill now focuses on supporting individuals and groups in their pursuit of health and fitness goals. She continues to expand her passion for teaching and learning through her work as a personal trainer, Pilates teacher and fitness instructor. Since 2013, Debra has worked with individuals and groups of adults ages 18–93. As an active older adult herself, Debra knows well the challenges of developing and maintaining strength, flexibility and balance including persevering beyond injuries and setbacks. She works with clients and students to build the foundational knowledge and skills needed to perform exercises safely and effectively. Her own fitness and wellness practices include strength training with a personal trainer, participating in Pilates classes and teaching Spinning® classes in the Dartmouth College F.L.I.P. program.

Debra is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as a Pilates teacher through Peak Pilates®, and is also a certified Spinning® instructor.
