Pilates Personal Training (55 minutes)
Develop your work on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, CoreAlign® and/or Springboard! Pilates personal training sessions support individual fitness and wellness goals while providing instruction and guidance in the correct execution of Pilates exercises on the Mat and Apparatus as well as an opportunity to address individual needs and challenges. Pilates instruction will increase strength, flexibility, stamina and balance. As appropriate, sessions may include general fitness exercises and equipment
General Fitness Personal Training (55 minutes)
General fitness personal training sessions support individual fitness and wellness goals and incorporate a variety of exercises using fitness equipment and body weight to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and balance. As appropriate, sessions may include Pilates Mat and Apparatus exercises.
Pilates Practice Development Sessions (30 minutes)

A 30-minute session on the Mat or Apparatus (Equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Ped-o-Pul, CoreAlign®, and/or Springboard.)
